My subpectoral implants after mastectomy are uncomfortable and look bizarre in any position except standing up. Where can I find a PS who can make me look at least smooth and flat? I found out what I have is called animation deformity. My PS told me I look fine. What can I do to restore my body image at least a little?
Hi. I had 650 CC implants in. I looked feminine but they were a bit too big and had sagged over time. I had them exchanged to 450 HP cc but they look terrible. Flat at side profile, no upper pole volume, square and even in clothes they make me look masculine. It's really affecting my confidence. I had them done in Turkey and they sewed something to my ribs. It's like they are stuck on and stuck down. It wasn't an internal bra or garlaflex.I am 6 months post op. Last pics are before
I had no breast tissue before explant and then got 375cc under the muscle and I am now 30. Now after 3 years I would like to take them out but I am scared that I will be more flat that my pre op before augmentation. I know they will sag after, but considering these are high profile , will I still be flat? Ive attached my pre op before augmentation, my present pic, and what I wish to look like after explant. Is it possible to achieve this without getting smaller implants or fat graft? thank you!
I'm 5 days after my implant removal (365cc round high profile partial unders) and want to know what can I expect in time and how much time what My skin looks like ? Will it tighten up and bounce back to my pre op look? I was an A cup, now I'm flat Chester and wrinkled ...
I had an augmentation with what was supposed to be a reputable surgeon in March 2020. By October 2020, he had to redo the surgery due to him going rogue in the March surgery. Unfortunately, since the first surgery, my left nipple stays flat and numb. There has been slight improvement but not much. His reasoning for this jumped all over the place. What could have happened? And what can I do to improve it? Would an Explant help regain sensitivity?
Had a lift with implants 13yrs ago. Result: Misshaped areola, large upper areola scar, flattened nipple, high positioning and since few year bottoming out from one side. Want to have the implants removed which is fine and the fold can be lifted and fixed. But with lot of skin being trimmed on the top, there is not much room to work on reducing and repositioning it. Any possible suggestions you may have to improve the shape and position of the areola, and for the overall look. Ideally no implants
Hi. I am 5'5, 115 pounds, 29 years old. I had my implants in for almost 6 years and am scheduled to remove them. I was an AA before and went up to 36c. I want to be completely flat again. I know there will be some initial sagging since I was completely flat and went up to a 36c, but since I was flat before can I expect after months of healing to be flat again? How much loose skin should I be expecting? Thanks for the help.
I still have pain and a flat and inverted left nipple one month post op breast implant removal. I have been wearing a surgical compression bra placed after surgery by the Dr. and it was quite tight. it dug into my skin and caused pain but I was told by the staff I must continue to wear it for 6 weeks. the incision is below the breast crease on the left. I feel the compression is deforming my left breast. also some capsule was left in due to thinness of capsule. no capsular contraction.
62 years old. Implants placed 20 years ago, saline, on top of muscle. Drained by needle 1& 1/2 years ago. Enlarged lymph nodes under arm 2 months ago. Sac and scar tissue/encapsulated area removed 3 days ago. I chose to not get another implant or breast lift. I have a drain in each breast. Of course the breast appears fairly flat right now. Will the breast eventually fill in with fat tissue? If so, how long would it normally take? Thank you!
