My subpectoral implants after mastectomy are uncomfortable and look bizarre in any position except standing up. Where can I find a PS who can make me look at least smooth and flat? I found out what I have is called "animation deformity". My PS told me I look fine. What can I do to restore my body image at least a little?

You did have some sagging prior to implants and will have some after removal. You could consider a lift, or even skin tightening with radiofrequency like ThermiTight. Implants did stretch your tissue and did thin your own breast tissue some.
