I like my size and don't want to change it too much, maybe a tiny bit bigger, but I lost a ton of weight a few years ago and my boobs are saggy and uneven now. I still like them ok, but l'd be so happy if they were the same size and both perky and lifted and more full. My left breast is noticeably smaller than my right and it makes me feel insecure, looks strange, and it's hard to find a bra that fits without messing with the straps. Also, what are the factors that determine cost?

I had my BA in Jan 2024. 190cc right/220cc left, teardrop over the muscle. I am happy with the size, its just the shape of my left thats bothering me. I dont know whether this is the best result possible based on my anatomy or whether a better result could have been expected based on either different implants or surgery. My left breast sits much higher, points outwards and is very visible from the inside edge. Cant get an appt with my surgeon until Dec and Im getting more worried.
I had a breast augmentation, dual pane 375cc round implants. I noticed when I was bending over that one looked different and after taking a photo front on Ive realised that breast looks quite a lot bigger too. IIcant get in to see my surgeon until end of September so I just wanted to check if this is something I should be concerned about / can it be fixed? Due to the camera reversing its the left breast in the first two photos (front on) and the right in the last (bending over).
I have 425 saline mod profile unders in both breast. My right is filled to 450 and left filled to 490. Its been eight weeks since surgery and my left is still pretty sore. The implant is feels a little to overfilled and my crease is a little lower then the right. It hurts in the lower part of my breast along with my ribs on that same side. My right feels good, no pain or soreness. Is this normal and how long will it last?
Im 54 and 117lbs. I had breast implants placed in 2020. I sought my doctor because his results were pretty. To my dismay mine were not. I asked about went wrong and it was attributed to my anatomy. Is it fair to be disappointed with my results and this doctor? His plan for surgery was to place one higher slightly higher than the other which did not help in the end.
Had my BA done in may, my right breast seems to be dropped and fluffed, the left is still very perky and high riding which has caused uneven nipples. Is this normal at the 6 month mark? Is there something I can do to help the other one drop?
