I'm a month PO and I don't care about waiting 6 weeks to do arms or chest workouts but I'd like to start doing some leg workout for my glutes. I wanted to see if doing leg extensions or leg kick backs would be ok? low weight of course. I normally would do 50 lbs before my Augmentation, but understand I need to ease back in to it. I wouldn't do anything as far as lifting with my arms. Is 4 weeks ok to try and see if I can do some light leg workouts?
Is it normal 3 days after breast augmentation to have tingling in my legs? They feel restless and kinda weak occasionally I have a few pains here and there. Just started today and I had my boobs done Thursday morning. Is this normal at all?
I am now Day 5 post op, on day three I woke up at around two in the morning with an extreme rash all over my legs, stomach, under my breasts, and back. I contacted my surgeon and they told me to stop taking my meds. So I did, here we are now on day 5 and the rash hasnt started to go away yet. Im going crazy, I cant sleep, Im scratching myself raw. I have taken benedryl and Claritin, neither help. Also yesterday I have started having diarrhea.
I had breast augmentation 8 days ago and was told about the risk of blood clots. I have had pain for last 4 days in both legs on and off yesterday behind my left leg and today my right leg is this something to be worried about ie blood clots(no redness or swelling) or as I have back problems could it be having to sleep sitting up putting pressure on nerves or something. my nurse said probably due to the way I was lying on operating table as I have no redness or swelling that it was muscular
