About 2 1/2 weeks ago I received Botox injections in my head neck and shoulder blades. My shoulders hurt and feel like I have rocks in them. I can only put my head down to read for a few minutes. Yesterday I was trying to pick up colored pebbles with kids and could only last about 5 minutes and the pain after lasted quite awhile. I thought after treatment I would wait to see if it got better but it seems to be getting worse. What should I do?
13 years I've gotten forearm injections f writers cramp. worked well & allowed me to keep my job. D iIsurance company delay took almost two months before I got approval. My shoulder began to hurt like it had done once before when I was late. This time though it has not gone away. So the pain has gone on for an additional 3 months since the last injection and am close to my next set of injections. My Neurologist doesn't know why and Allergan won't answer me directly. Where can I get an answer? Thank you

Ive been having neck Botox for approx 6 years. Every 6 months or so. Lately Ive noticed that after 3-4 months Im experiencing neck and shoulder pain on one side. Im a 40 yr old fit healthy woman. Not sure if this is a coincidence or over time Ive weakened muscles? Any thoughts would be appreciated?
Hi, I had a cervical disc replacement due bulging disc. After the surgery, my pain and spasms got worse. I now have chronic pain muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder. Muscle relaxers and pain meds are not helping! My NS said the hardware is in place and everything looks fine. If that's the case, why am I having more pain and chronic spasms? Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? My quality of life is at a 0 right now.
