Hello , I have a crease around my mouth that bothers me a lot. I'm afraid that HA filler in this area will just add more volume to my lower face, can it be treated with botox? Even when I pull my skin up, this crease is still showing.
Hi, I am a 29 year old male and i took Accutane (Roaccutane) a lot as a teenager to help with severe acne. As a result of this i have deep wrinkles on forehead and a lot less collagen in my skin then what others my age would have. I do at home microneedling with vitamin c and i use hyaluronic acid, retinol and different face moisturizers. Would Botox be an effective treatment for these types of wrinkles or would my skin be too thin for it to have an effect?
Im in the process of getting filler removed. The doctor is doing a little at a time. How soon after can I have botox. The filler removal is in my upper cheek lower eye area. Botox would be forehead and eye area. Im just wondering if there's any drug interaction between the botox and Hyaluronidase. Thank You
In Aug 2018, I had fillers in the nasolabial fold and botox in the forehead. 3 weeks later, more botox and fillers in the forehead. In Oct 2018, I felt tingling and stretching on my forehead as if the muscles/skin were being pulled apart. By Dec 2018, there was a change in texture of the skin around injection area-enlarged pores, acne, darker skin and skin/muscle sinking and more wrinkles appeared. Have you noticed similar effects of botox and hyaluronic acid filler? What is the solution?
Hello great doctors! Last August(21), I had fillers(Hyaluronic Acid)into my face: two in checks one in each side, two in my chin, and botox around the eyes and into my forehead. My question is shall I go to the doctor and ask her for a re-touch session? It seems for me they're starting to go away and I'd like to refresh my face, if it doesn't harm me. If yes, how many do you think are enough for re-touch? It passed 4 months now l.
I have tiny lips and almost no upper lip at all. I wanted just a tiny bit of fullness put into my upper lip. I foolishly also had botox placed around my crows feet in the same session, and now I have a duck smile, and no smile lines, which makes me look like a wax work doll. I urgently want to remove the filler in my lips but am so terrified I'll do more damage. How much recovery time will I need after the doctor injects hyaluronidase and how soon can I see the effects? Please help me!
I have developed resistance to Botox, Im 36 and I guess Ive used it for almost 10 years it used to be wonderful, but now it doesnt do anything to my face at all, so I was wondering if using Hyaluronic Acid can be an option to soften the wrinkles in my forehead and/or crows feet as well, any information will be greatly appreciated thank you
I had botox in my corrugator muscles. After great results from that, I noticed this vertical ridge in the center of my forehead was still there but looked worse. Maybe because everything else smoothed out except for that ridge. When I try to frown it seems the muscles on either side of the ridge cause it to look deeper. Is it my frontalis muscle that needs botox to smooth it out? Will filling it with a Hyaluronic acid filler be the best bet? My injector doesn't want to do anything about it.
