I've always had these weird bulges under my lower lip that makes the entire area lumpy, puffy and heavy. I've had lower jaw surgery so my chin is no longer recessed, but the bulges are still there. I am wary of filler - would this create additional heaviness? I will have botox done again to soften the mentalis, but that will not get rid of the bulges either. What are they and how I can make them less prominent? They bring my entire lower face down.
