Underdeveloped jaw or collapsed skin - seeking a second opinion before proceeding with labiomental crease filler (photos)

Asked By:TXnQC in Dallas, Texas

My lower lip does not protrude as far out as my upper lip does, my mouth corners are downturned, and the area between my mental crease and lower lip is hollow. I am wondering if this is a bone structure issue or if it is just collapsed skin under my mouth. A cosmetic dermatologist told me I just need some filler in the labiomental crease and oral commissures but I’d like a second opinion before proceeding
