My lower lip does not protrude as far out as my upper lip does, my mouth corners are downturned, and the area between my mental crease and lower lip is hollow. I am wondering if this is a bone structure issue or if it is just collapsed skin under my mouth. A cosmetic dermatologist told me I just need some filler in the labiomental crease and oral commissures but I’d like a second opinion before proceeding
