I am 5’9 and 160 lbs, but I always have this double chin. Unsure if it is fat or skin but I would really like advice on how to treat it. It is present mostly when smiling laughing or talking.

A treatment plan that would work well for you would include a combination of Morpheus 8 and chin/jawline filler. I would recommend doing a minimum of 3 sessions of morpheus 8 which uses a combination of microneedling and radiofrequency to melt fat and contour the lower face. After seeing the peak of the results(usually 3 months post your last Morpheus), utilizing HA fillers in your chin and jawline will give you a finished natural result.
