When I wake up, my breast size increases. Is it normal or not?

I am 20 years old female, I am 155cm and weigh about 50 kilos. Recently i have been feeling strange feeling in my body more in the stomach area. I havent been feeling sick or anything. My breasts usually increase in size when i wake up, but the size decreases during the day. In this few days of me having strange feelings the size doesnt seem to decrease. Is it a sign of pregnancy. If so how does abortion look like. I will appriciate any help i can get.
