Hello, you look quite good, but, of course, you can look better. Especially for the area around your eyes, it's essential to plan a treatment that is both filling and reparative. Sculptra is a great filler, which can be used just about anywhere on the face and body, except for the lower eyelid area, where it can cause, rather severe granuloma formations. For that reason and many others, I would recommend that you consider fat grafting. Having your own fat, injected into the area of the lower eyelid and cheek, should create natural and practically permanent results as long as the procedure is performed by a Plastic surgeon with lots of experiencing fat grafting techniques.
