What can be done after multiple abdominoplasty scar revisions, keloids & kenalog atrophy? (Photos)

I have had three previous revisions of portions of my scar. This is the result of the most recent revision which looks worse than the previous ones. My scar always reacts to the stitches and glue and begins to keloid. The most recent surgeon used a lot of kenalog which first resulted in would dehiscence and then the stretch marks and scarring. He suggested 1540 laser. I have had two treatments of that little to no change. I am obviously very unhappy. What can be done?

Answer: A scar revision can be done to improve this scar. Resurfacing lasers can help even out skin texture and tone.
