I have had three previous revisions of portions of my scar. This is the result of the most recent revision which looks worse than the previous ones. My scar always reacts to the stitches and glue and begins to keloid. The most recent surgeon used a lot of kenalog which first resulted in would dehiscence and then the stretch marks and scarring. He suggested 1540 laser. I have had two treatments of that little to no change. I am obviously very unhappy. What can be done?
