Thank you for your question.Wouldn't that be wonderful? An easy way to increase buttock size without pain, downtime, or scars? The procedure may "work" by causing temporary swelling which will likely ultimately go away. You can try it (probably no risk aside from a lighter wallet), but for a lasting result, I typically recommend more proven techniques such as fat grafting or butt implant placement (and not gimmicks).
No, vacuum buttock enhancement is not a viable nor permanent option if you are looking to increase the size and/or shape of your buttock. Consult with an experienced plastic surgeon to review your options which are basically fat transfer or silicone gluteal implants.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno
A vacuum procedure may create temporary results, but wouldn't give you lasting results. The best way to enhance the buttocks is with a Brazilian butt augmentation procedure, which uses a person’s own fat to naturally augment and shape the buttocks. Liposuction is performed to remove fat from other areas of the body (often the stomach, hips, and thighs), then transfers that fat to the buttocks. Additional liposuction can be done around the butt to improve the appearance of lift and contour. Good luck!Kamran Azad MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
The vacuum therapy you are referring to would need to be coupled with fat grafting to have any long term affect. The vacuum will likely make your rear a little puffy for a few hours but definitely no long term results should be expected.
Thanks for writing,I published a study years ago that look at a machine called Endermologie. It vacuumed and needed the skin. The company promised everything. We had a short term, intermediate term and a long term model. We looked a skin thickness fat thickness, blood vessel growth etc etc etc.Guess what we found, that's right, essentially nothing. Things in history always recycle themselves, This a modification of just that.Save your money exercise your muscles Good Luck, I hope this helps.Stephen M. Yes, vacuum butt enhancement does work, but by itself it is only temporary. Vacuum treatment is primarily done to "prepare" buttock tissues for fat grafting. However, it is not a necessary step in performing BBL. Most plastic surgeons do not recommend it, as it adds to the expense and preparation time for BBL. Best of luck!
