experiencing post covid telogen effluvium, very diffuse shedding. Biopsy showed no inflamation , no scarring diffuse hair loss only. Due to pain associated with the shedding cycle my dermatologist gave me 5 mg of kenalog injections into the area that were most sore. Could these injections worse my telogen effluvium ?
