Which type of liposuction is recommended for BBL and why? Will Laser liposuction result in less swelling in bruising? I want to do aggressive lipo for my BBL
Answer: Laser Lipo is not a good choice for BBL because it destroys fat cells I have been performing liposuction for over 25 years and fat transfers for over 10 and can tell you, without a doubt, that the best technique available is traditional tumescent liposuction using small diameter cannulas.Ultrasonic and laser liposuction techniques work by dissolving or destroying fat cells. Fat survival after fat transfer is critical for a good BBL result. Laser liposuction, but heating the tissues to "shrink" the skin, may affect the viability of the fat to be transferred for a BBL. Traditional, mechanically assisted ( micro-air) and ultrasonic ( vaser) liposuction modalities may be safer than laser liposuction for fat survival in fat transplantation for BBL
