I'm 22 with size 12g boobs im in pain and it's affecting my life massively! My doctor won't listen to me I can't afford a breast reduction what other options are out there?

Unfortunately there are not a lot of ways to reduce your breast size without surgery. If you are having pain, then taking over the counter pain medications is an option to manage your symptoms. If you are overweight then weight loss can assist with reducing your breast size in some cases. Many plastic surgeons will also offer financing which can help with the cost of surgery. Your best bet is to find your local county hospital that has a plastic surgery residency program.  Frequently they can do surgery at a very reduced price.

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having discomfort.  The breast reduction will be your best option to alleviate the pain associated with large breasts. If you can not afford a breast reduction, I would suggest trying NSAIDS, strengthening of the upper back and shoulders and maybe physical therapy. Although not as effective as surgery, these may help.
