It appears from your photos that you have had a peri-areolar skin reduction along with what sounds like a small reduction of the breast itself. Areolar reduction is usually followed by areolar re-expansion. It also tends to cause flattening of the breast. It is a poorly designed procedure that should be done much less often than it is. I recommend you discuss your concerns with your surgeon and, if necessary, seek another opinion. All the best.

Stretching of the areolas is unfortunately a common problem with implant placement. The larger the implant, the more the stretch.

Hello,Unfortunately, this is a common problem after circumareolar lifts, especially if a permanent suture was not use to control expansion. You've already made the mistake of opting for a 'mini reduction' that has basically left you with scars and irregularly shaped and asymmetric areola.  Don't make the same mistake twice by doing a revision, it is likely not going to work. If you really want small areolas with fine scars, you will need a traditional lift/reduction, which would eliminate the powerful forces that cause expansion of the areola, irregularity in shape, and thickened scars.Best of luck!
