Calf implants - Nerve damage?

The implant goes inside the fascia around the calf muscles, making it very tight until the fascia gradually stretches. High heeled shoes help during the early stages after surgery. I expect this will settle down with more time

Although just about any surgery can result in some form of nerve damage, your concerns as described sound typical of early postop recovery from calf implants. However, this can only be confirmed by physical exam so I highly recommend returning to your operating surgeon for a final answer. 

Nerve damage after a calf augmentation is a rare possibility.Someone who follow the instructions of the plastic surgeon has had nothing to worry.Different recovery time for both legs is common.
