Is it possible to work my calves by bodybuilding even if I have calf implant? (photo)

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final recommendations can be made. Nonetheless, it appears as though your results at two weeks post-op are relatively nice/natural. If after another six months of healing you're still not satisfied, then you may consider vigorous exercise to build the calf muscles further. However,  patients like yourself are typically unable to build the calf muscles much, hence they have undergone calf implant surgery. It's more likely that you will require removal and replacement with larger implants should you still want your calfs larger in the future. Glad to be of help. 

Generally I use larger implants and 60 mL. I also would try the implants externally to determine what size you would like before surgery.I'm not sure how the implants could help the ankle areas since the usual calf implants do not extend down to the ankles. I would recommend fat grafting for the lower third of the legs in any case.

My point of view is: 60 cc calf implant for your case is too small .You need calf augmentation revision surgery with at least 120 cc silicone implant to achive optimal results.Revision surgery is easier than the prior surgery.
