Can steroids be used in the treatment of skinny ankles and legs?

my calf muscle( gastrocnemius) is fine its from soleus down that's like none existent would regional steroid injections help, systemic steroids would make me a monster and still do nothing for my legs (from experience)

Generally I use larger implants and 60 mL. I also would try the implants externally to determine what size you would like before surgery.I'm not sure how the implants could help the ankle areas since the usual calf implants do not extend down to the ankles. Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. You can consider 1. calf implants or 2. fat transfer to the calves. Both procedures have risks and benefits. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to figure out which procedure will be best for you. Good luck!
