PS is out of town so I have to ask someone else. ulcer under breast for 2 months.....very slow, because it is in a fold where the breast bottom rubs against the abdomen. at the 6 week mark, my PS said he thought it would take another week. He said to just keep a non adhesive bandage on the open wound it has now been 2-3 more weeks, and it is still there...and hurts A friend recommended NuSKin and butterfly bandages to fill and seal the wound. I have never used NuSkin. Would this help?

The most important "step" for successful resolution, in my opinion, is close follow-up with your plastic surgeon or the "covering" plastic surgeon. He/she will be able to recommend appropriate local wound care, treat any infection present, and/or remove any suture material that potentially will delay healing. Best wishes.

An open wound under the breast after surgery often occurs at the "T" position in anchor type incisions. It usually heals but can take several weeks.  Best to follow closely with your surgeon.
