What would help with my Neck wrinkles? I've had Co2 laser and it didn't help.
Answer: Options for Neck Wrinkles There are many options to treat neck wrinkles. What will be the best option to get the results you’re looking for? Surgery will always be the better option if you have excess skin or sagging tissue. If you do not have sagging skin, neck wrinkles can be treated nonsurgically with technologies that resurface the skin such as a CO2, erbium lasers, and chemical peels. Another option is to use radiofrequency either below the skin or into the skin using needle platforms to tighten the skin and improve wrinkles. Other nonsurgical options include dilute filler injections. With nonsurgical treatment expect improvement in the appearance of the wrinkles and skin. The degree of improvement differs from one person to the next. If you have excess skin, the best option is to have a surgical neck lift or facelift. Surgery is designed to lift the sagging tissues and tighten the tissues making the wrinkles much better. It is important to seek recommendations from a surgeon with experience both in surgical and nonsurgical techniques to see which option or options will be best for you.

Answer: Neck Lines / Tech Neck / Neck Wrinkles -- Soft Fillers (Belotero) in combination w/ Lasers and Microneedling/PRP "Injecting soft fillers like Belotero in this area can reduce lines, wrinkles and folds as well as improve skin texture with long-term collagen production. Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Of course, fillers are best used in combination with lasers and microneedling with PRP to get the optimal outcome. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to create an individualized treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer"

Answer: Laser, chemical peel, injection of nan-fat grafts Unfortunately, despite of numerous remedies to improve thickness and texture of skin like yours, results are very limited. Repeated treatments with ablative laser, deep chemical peels, micro needling, dermabrasion, are remedies that should be tried; no single treatment is going to be successful and fulfil all expectations. Injection of nano-fat grafts (high concentration of stem cells derived from fat grafts) into fine neck lines have proven to create visible improvement in this area, but usually needs to be repeated in 6-8 months. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this technique is recommended. Good luck.
