To remove darkness of inner thighs?

If i don't have any of those things listed to remove the darkness of my inner thighs can i use bleach on a cloth and hold it to my thighs for about 5 minutes?

I suggest peels and lightening creams for this.  although, there is no "cure" for this and it is often worsened with rubbing.  best, dr. emer.

A prescription bleaching cream such as Triluma® or even a prescription cortisone such as Topicort® may even out an area of hyperpigmentation on the body. Please consult a board certified aesthetic dermatologist for a cosultation.
