I'm very pale and have chest veins..is it normal to see them? I've had them my whole life. Is it normal to have translucent skin

This is best treated by a cosmetic dermatologist with experience in treating leg veins.  Sometimes lasers are effective but likely you need injection medications.  If they are very large, then laser or surgical removal is needed.  Best, Dr. Emer.
