I'm a 19 year old female and just started having this problem and it's been effecting my self esteem I already have depression so I've been even more insecure than usual, I don't weight lift so I believe I got this imbalance by repetitive strain from a tic I had(not related to working out). I know that Botox can relax muscles but how long would that last? And what are the risks of that and what else could I do instead? would physical therapy work? Or a chiropractor? Thank you for your question. 20 is definitely not too young to have botox. If you have active muscles that result in lines , creases and wrinkles it would be beneficial to start botox treatment now and stay on top of it to knock those muscles out. I hope this helped. Good luck.
