As Dr Cope has said, the surgery to correct inverted nipples is a simple, outpatient procedure.  It is commonly performed under local anesthesia.  In many cases insurance companies will help cover the cost of the procedure.  Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.  However, be aware that nipple piercing will not correct inverted nipples and could result in an infection which could worsen the inversion.  Best wishes.
