I would like to shave my head after a hair transplant, how long do I have to wait? Am I allowed to use a razor or only a machine with grade 0?

If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate.  Second surgery should not damage your transplanted hairs.

As long as the area does not bleed from the hit or get burned ,than you won't cause a trauma. the first 10 days are the most critical time zone for a hair transplant operation.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  You should not be having such crusting with proper washing.
