Do you have to have a stable weight before getting CoolSculpting?

Hello! I wold really like to have some lipo or coolsculpting but how important is it to have a stable weight before? I have lost close to 250 pounds cumulative between yoyoing from 135 - 220 pounds. I have never had kids or intend to. I am 36 yrs old, 20pounds from my goal weight and my power struggle with food is subsiding greatly. I have very few stretch marks but some extra “sagging bits” ( lower belly and arms ). When is it best to begin getting some “cosmetic assistance”? Thanks!
