Should I be seeing results from CoolSculpting already?

Hello, Thank you for your question! CoolSculpting can take a full 3-4 months to see full results. While some may see results results sooner, some patients take quite a bit longer. Because this process is gradual and over time many do not notice the changes until they see their before and after pictures. body has not yet had adequate time to flush away the damaged fat cells.
Although some patients will begin to see their results after a few weeks, it
will take between three and four months for the full benefits of your
CoolSculpting session to appear. Be patient with your body during the recovery

People see results at different rates, some as early as 3 weeks, but most at about 90 days, so you are early yet at 30 days. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. You should allow 3 months to see maximum results post coolsculpting treatment. Each person will metabolize the frozen fat calls at a different rate, so do not be alarmed that you have not noticed results yet. Be sure to maintain a healthy diet and exercise during this time as well. Best of luck!

A few men and women see results from CoolSculpting within a month. Most need to wait for three to four or even six months before their final results are visible. Since you have little fat to begin with, you may not even be able to appreciate the change visually, unless you have a “Before” photo.  Also, if you haven’t already done so, please take your measurements. Seeing the change in inches can be very satisfying! Be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist who’s an expert in CoolSculpting and follows each session with Zimmer Z-Wave radial pulsed therapy. 

Thank you for your question. You may have some swelling for 3-6 months after Coolsculpting. Most patients require a second treatment 2-3 months after the first to see better outcomes.  For best results with Coolsculpting, a combination approach is needed. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. However, a Vaser liposuction/liposculpture with ThermiRF/J plasma/Renuvion/InMode Body Tite procedure maybe needed to give more contouring, fat removal, skin tightening and definition.

Coolsculpting is a great way to contour without surgery. But the results take time up to 3 months to see full result. Also most people require more then on treatment. for best result consider 3 treatments about a month apart. but at the minimum should plan on 2 treatments.

Some people will begin to see improvement a month after CoolSculpting but for others it may take longer.  It can take up to 12 weeks to see results and some people require more than one treatment to obtain the desired effect.  

HI and thanks for your question! Coolsculpting results usually take at least a month before they are visible and 3-4 months before final result. We recommend most patients do at least two treatment sessions, separated by about 4-8 weeks. I recommend you schedule a follow up with your provider to assess your changes and possible plan for another treatment. Also, we have seen (and studies have shown) that when patients use the body treatment from Alastin Skincare, Transform Body Cream, in between treatments, starting right after the first session and possibly even better to start a week or two before, they are seeing accelerated and enhanced results, as well as improvements in texture, skin laxity and crepiness!
