I am 24 days post op Gymecomastia with double incision and nipple graft surgery, my scars right now are really thin and i would like them to end up like this, I've been really careful till now and didnt made many moves at all to prevent my scars from stretching. I would like to know after how many weeks can i start moving freely, keep a straight posture and start with exercise and car driving without being in any risk to stretch my scars? Thank you for understanding.
