I recently had skin/fat removed from my groin above my penis. 3 weeks now after surgery the area remains very firm - and the swelling is going to have to go down a lot for the surgery to be a success (I had wanted to basically uncover the portion of my penis hidden by the pooch). After having the stitches removed - my erection is noticeably shorter than before. I also seem to have a harder time getting/maintaining erections. What about swelling would cause this? Will it heal over time?
