I am a 73 year old woman. 5 feet 1 inch and 106 pounds. I have lax wrinkled skin on my neck. Am I too old for neck treatment with Morpheus 8? How many treatments will I need and how long will it take to see results - if it is appropriate for me to try this
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Recommend doing 3 treatments 4 weeks apart. Combine this with Ultherpay to improve results. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Neck lift From the submitted photo the recommended procedure to address your neck is a surgical neck lift. Due to the amount of skin laxity Morpheus8 or other non surgical interventions will not likely yield noticeable improvement. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Neck Lift Hello, hope you are well. You are not too old for Morpheus8, but that would not be an appropriate procedure to address the skin laxity of your neck. The proper way to correct this would be with a surgical neck lift. Age does not determine your candidacy, but your physical health does. Just as with any other surgery performed under anesthesia, you would require a preop physical, labs, and EKG. Best,Dr. Tower

Answer: Every patient is unique, we can make treatment specially designed for you! Its important for you to know that before getting any kind of procedure involving laser or radio-frequency, you must have a medical check-up by your dermatologist. We need to know your medical history to see if you are eligible for a treatment like Morpheus8. If you are eligible, a combination between technologies like Co2, and Morpheus8 can help you a lot achieving the neck you desire! The amount of sessions depends on the desired results, and your ongoing recovery.
