Upper back and buffalo hump lipo - is there a compression garment for this area?

You are correct in that it is more difficult to find "off the shelf" compression garments that target "less common" areas of liposuction such as the upper back/dorsal hump region. Ideally, you want a garment that provides even compression and fully covers that treated area and comes up to the base of the neck or just below. In my personal experience, I would tell you to search the internet specifically for a "compression high back body suit". If you can find one that looks like it would be a good fit for your size and treatment area, you should order it ahead of surgery to physically try it on. Another alternative which is dependent on where you live is to visit a custom faja/compression garment store/tailor in your area. The are often able to modify garments to fit specific sizes and areas.
