HIFU caused dimple with fat loss on either side - can the extra fat be liposuctioned off with a needle?

I had a HIFU 2 years ago and I now have on one side of my face a pronounced dimple of fat. I started wondering if I could just have the small bump of fat removed by a needle to suck the fat out without having to have a face lfit to correct the situation. Is this possible?

It is certainly possible to address localized fat concerns without a full facelift, but the approach for a "dimple" caused by fat loss is often slightly different than just removal. If the issue is a small, specific bump of fat, a minimally invasive procedure like micro-liposuction or a needle aspiration can be used to contour the area. However, since you mentioned the dimple was caused by fat loss on either side, sometimes the most effective way to achieve a smooth surface is actually to add a small amount of volume (via fat grafting or a precise filler) to the hollow areas rather than removing more fat. This restores the natural plane of the face and eliminates the shadow of the dimple; we would recommend a close physical assessment to see whether "subtraction" or "addition" will give you the most seamless and elegant result.
