Hii, i have a cleft chin and everytime i get filler they wont stay. They always migrate underneath it. Giving me a longer face. I did this 2-3 times and always go back to dissolve it. My wedding is in 47 days and i really want a nice side profile. What should i do. Some people say i should get botox

Botox in the mentalis muscle will reduce risk of migration of chin filler if you opt to trial filler again. I would recommend Botox to the platysma or a "Nefertiti neck lift" to give your profile the appearance you are looking for.

In general, a chin dimple is seen on front view, not profile view. I agree that injectable fillers may cause chin augmentation if they are injected deep to the dimple. If you are looking to minimize the appearance of a chin dimple on front view, permanently, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered. If your goal is to achieve more height to the lower 1/3 of your face on front view, along with more chin projection on profile, chin implant surgery is minimally invasive, and it is something that might be considered, depending on your goals.
