Microneedling w/ PRP ~ Not RF. Can this cause fat loss?

I have been performing professional microneedling for over twenty years already. I have never encountered, nor read about in the medical literature, fat atrophy from properly performed, professional medical microneedling regardless of needle length. Please note, however, that despite any claims to the contrary, microneediing is best reserved for treating superficial skin textural and color irregularities. It is not particularly effective for deeper wrinkles and folds or any, but the most superficial, acne scars. It's quite an effective treatment modality for these, but to market it for deeper wrinkles and scars, etc. would be like trying to sell a hammer as a screwdriver. A hammer is a great tool, so long as it is used for driving in or pulling out nails, not for screwing in screws. As to PRP, the hard science to support its use simply lags behind the heavy marketing for this relatively expensive add-on. Properly performed, medical microneedling should produce pinpoint bleeding and the growth factors and wound healing factors in this can help to promote a better aesthetic result without the additional and quite expensive need for drawing your blood, spinning it down and reinjecting a portion of it.
