Microneedling damage - how can this be fixed? (photos)

I’am currently 27. I had microneedling done March 2020 (age 25). My skin hasn’t recovered since then. I have extremely dehydrated, inflammation skin with severe Transepidermal water loss. I only use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. My acne scars and pores are worse. Is there any hope for my skin? I’m currently at a loss and hopeless
