Harsh lines, lumps, fibrosis - How can I fix my lipo results from 2023? (Photos)

Had lipo 360 and bbl done April 2023. Right away I was disappointed in my results. He supposedly did high definition abs which honestly turned out horrible. Yes I’ve gained some weight but the middle section always had the extra fat which gave me a pooch appearance. It left me with harsh lines and I can barely stretch them. On my sides I have hard lumps probably fibrosis which I tried everything non surgical but they won’t go away! I’m on with the shape of my body but want to get rid of the hard lumps and harsh lines.… any advice would be appreciated.

Yes, this can usually be improved. I'm sorry the HD result didn't turn out the way you hoped, and you're right that harsh lines and hard lumps don't usually go away on their own after this long.
At three years out your tissue has fully settled, so this is a good time to plan a revision rather than keep waiting. A typical revision combines a few things. The firm, lumpy areas on your sides get carefully suctioned and broken up. Any tight bands pulling the skin down get released. Then your own fat is grafted into the harsh lines and dents to soften them so the abs look more natural. If you have some looseness from weight changes, a skin-tightening device can be added as a helper, but devices on their own rarely fix true scar tissue.
The honest part: revision work is harder than a first liposuction because of the scar tissue, the goal is a smoother, softer result rather than perfect, and some people need a second touch-up session. Getting to a stable weight first helps you and your surgeon judge what's fat and what's scar.
An in-person exam is needed for personal advice. Look for a board-certified plastic surgeon who does a lot of liposuction revisions.
