What options for dark veins on the surface of scrotum skin?

Hello, and thanks in advance for any advice. At my recent annual skin examination my dermatologist noted that I had some prominent veins on the surface of my scrotum. The Dr. didn’t indicate anything else but to tell me they were there. I’m pretty sure I don’t have varicosele. Is sclerotherpy or some laser procedure possible in that area to treat those veins? I’m kind of concerned they might just get bigger. Or, is this a normal condition and nothing to worry about. Thank you.
