Forehead indent caused by vein - can be done? (photo)

I’m a 24 year old female and I have this vein running from my eyebrow to my hairline. You can see an indent in certain lighting and photos. I’ve asked a few vein specialists and I keep getting turned away because they don’t work on facial veins like this because they say it’s dangerous. Is there anything that can be done that’s safe? Thank you.
