Treatment for redness after microneedling?

Question

I had Micro needling done with a roller two days ago and my face is still very red. Can you suggest a serum that might speed my recovery? I'm currently using Aquafor to moisturize.

Dear Eratsus,
Typically the redness fades relatively fast with microneedling. Everyone is a bit different depending on skin sensitivity. Make sure that the gentle moisturizer doesn't burn when you put in on your skin, as this may be causing a little residual redness.

Alastin with Trihex technology was specifically designed to speed healing after procedures.  It also enhances the response to procedures that stimulate the production of connective tissue proteins, such as Microneedling, non-ablative and ablative laser treatments, bulk heating treatments with radiofrequency, ultherapy, Fraxel, etc.  It comes in a nectar and a cream. It works even better if begun two weeks before a procedure.
