It is always important to have a consultation with a Coolsculpting professional, but you will be find with this non invasive treatment. Resisted exercise would be safe for for you along with a coolsculpting procedure. I always tell my patients to eat healthy and exercise along with coolsculpting to get your maximum results. It will take a 20%-25% reduction, but remember it will not tighten your skin.
