The CoolSculpt applicators are designed to reach only the subcutaneous layers of fat, which is superficial to your musculature, internal connective tissues, and organs. Scleroderma is not a contraindication of CoolSculpt. However, I would prefer that you consult with your primary care physician or a physician that knows your scleroderma history very well.
