Can I get breast implants with congenital symmastia? (photos)

Yes, it is possible to have a breast augmentation with congenital symmastia.  The key is to make sure that the implant width is correct - based on where the breast shape should be, not where it is with the symmastia.  That in combination with ultrasound assisted liposuction in the sternal area can make a nice difference.  Sometimes a technique  to help attach the skin down better can be  done as well.  The best thing to do is to have a few consultations with board certified plastic surgeons familiar with symmastia repair.  Please see the below link for examples.  I hope this helps.
