Can I get to 34B? And am I good candidate? Think insurance will cover?

I'm a 34 DDD 5'8 158 lbs 27.5 cm from collar bone to nipple I have wanted smaller breasts since I was 16. I have all the same problems/symptoms as all the women on here. I have done chiro, PT, creams, TENS, massages, pain meds, holistic treatments. Between my shoulders and neck and all upper back always feels like it has rocks in it. I have not had a moment in the last 7 years that I haven't been in pain. I think there's easily 1lb in each one that can go. What say ye?

Thank you for you question and photos, The Horndeski Method/The Bellesoma Method is a current technique to lift and/or reduce breasts without using implants or the ugly vertical scars.  The incisions are hidden around the areola and in the inframammary crease. The vertical incision has been completely eliminated. The areola incision heals almost invisibly due to the fact that there is hardly any tension on the closure. With this particular technique, ducts are preserved along with nerve supply maintaining nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. Because the breast is reshaped internally and is secured to your chest muscles, upper pole fullness is possible without an implant. Attached is a patient who underwent The Horndeski Method/The Bellesoma Method. Please note that her tissue was used to create upper pole fullness and cleavage without any foreign materials (mesh, implants, etc).  Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance for breast reductions.  Dr. Horndeski does not remove enough breast tissue to meet insurance criteria.  Instead, he utilizes the breast tissue to reshape the breast.  It is a proprietary technique that only surgeons that have been trained by me can perform. Breast reduction eligibility and coverage by insurance varies from one insurance carrier to the next, and cannot be determined based on cup size, but only based on an in-person examination to figure out how much tissue the surgeon needs to remove.  You also often have to qualify for multiple other criteria from your insurance carrier, so be sure to request their breast reduction coverage policy ahead of time before your plastic surgery visit to ensure you meet all the other non-size related demands that they have.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.  Cup sizes are not standardized, so be sure to bring it up with your surgeon.

First I want to congratulate you for making this important decision. Deciding to get an aesthetic procedure to change your body and get a new life style is a big step!
  
Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast lift without implants because you have enough tissue to reshape and lift it. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first.

A breast reduction can be performed but it may her very difficult to get you down to a B without compromising shape and the potential for healing issues due to very thin flaps of tissue with potentially poor vascularity.

You look like an excellent candidate for a breast reduction. Obviously, a physical exam along with an evaluation of your medical history are important factors before making that statement. 
A breast reduction should offer you some resolution to your symptoms. That is usually the case however thats never a garuntee. 
The question as to whether or not your insurance will cover the procedure really depends on the type of insurance coverage you have. Some insurance companies have different policies that view breast reduction surgery as medically necessary. Some however deny them readily if it is an exclusion on the policy. Best Wishes

Thanks for your question, based on your information I think you have a good chance of having your breast reduction covered. However this is all dependent on your insurance carrier. I would start by getting a consult with a plastic surgeon and then get it submitted.
