Hey,, I had lower eyelid surgery 16 days ago to lift my lower eyelid as there was white showing but it looks smaller than my right eye.when would I see finial results? ? Do surgeons usually match the other eye or do they correct the lower eye?? In my right lower eye lid u can see some one but my left eye had more eye showing..im 23 years old im very depressed n worried plz help

This is a good question. Ptosis usually results from the levator muscle loosening or stretching. Rarely it is from underlying weak muscle. Neither case is going to improve with any muscle exercising. The only real treatment is tightening the muscle to make it "stronger"....
This type of suture line scar may or may not have anything to do with a granuloma which is typically a reaction the body has to foreign material. It is normal for the incision to form scar. This is precisely how the body is supposed to heal. Your reaction is not abnormal....
