How do I get the inflammation and redness to go down after salicylic acid? (Photos)

I used a product that had salicylic acid and I dont know if it was purging my skin but my face went from completely clear to totally breaking out. Now I can't get it to go away and my face is swollen and red and sore. Please help me. I'm using cerva now with no salicylic acid. I don't know if I should go back to using it if it's purging!!

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I don't recommend performing salicylic acid peels yourself due to the risk of complications. This needs a combination approach of: 1) healing lasers and light such as aerolase or laser genesis and LED therapy...

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Any scarring can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
