Jaw surgery or sliding genioplasty - which procedure would be best for me? (photos)

A genioplasty on a person with a facial structure like yours would not provide you with what I would consider to be an inappropriate facial balance. Rather, it would result in an extremely compromised result (see below). In order to create an attractive profile, the position of the upper lip, the lower lip, and the chin need to be within certain limits. You could THEORETICALLY move the chin forward to this position, but you would have such an acute angle between your bottom lip and your chin (known as a labiomental fold) that you would likely be highly disappointed. I have seen many cases and have had many requests for revision surgery from people like yourself, and unfortunately, the plan that ended up in failure was doomed for this very reason.
For you to have proper chin projection you would need a counterclockwise rotation of your facial structure and double jaw surgery.
