Will jaw surgery make me more symmetrical?

My face is really really asymmetrical and it has negatively impacted my life and self esteem. The left side of my face is great, but from the right side I look like a completely different person. What can I do? Please help!

The negative impact that has negatively impacted your life and self-esteem can be corrected. I see in your face individual gorgeous facial features that are not in balance, and the face that you were supposed to grow into has been affected by the growth of your lower jaw, which has secondarily affected the growth of your upper jaw, nose, and other structures of your face.
This can readily be corrected by performing the type of surgery that I perform, which is known as orthognathic surgery.
