Can I widen outer corners of my eye to make eyes wider?

Question

For example, when I push up my eye brow and widen the outer corners of my eye, is it possible that I could get that affect permanently? My eyebrows naturally sag a bit also. Thank you.

Without a photograph, it is really hard to know what your issues are and if what you are looking for is realistic.  Many people have a weakness in the lateral canthal ligament that actually cause the corner to pull away from the orbital rim.  Lateral canthal reconstruction is used to recapture this which in select patients can make the eye look larger.  The is no substitute for a personal consultation.

A photograph would be needed to determine what your concerns are and to properly review your facial aesthetics and structure. The eyelids may be opened up on the outer corners if you have excess skin hanging down or brow ptosis. The brows can be lifted via endoscopic brow lift to give a more awake appearance and a youthful natural lift to the eyes to their pre-aging state.
